At TeeBurn, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Since all items are custom-printed on demand, our return and credit policy is designed to offer you flexibility while maintaining fair policies for our artists and production team.
1. Custom-Made Just for You
All items sold on TeeBurn are custom-made and printed specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited to the conditions outlined below.
2. Size Exchange
We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky! If the size of your t-shirt isn’t right, we’re happy to offer a free size exchange. Simply use the RMA Request section from within your dashboard to set up your exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery, and items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify.
3. Returns & Refund Credits
If you need to return an item for any reason other than size, please note the following:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for all qualifying orders, with refund credit requests submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will issue refund credits for the product price. You can use this credits to purchase any other products from our catalog.
- Shipping Fees: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- One-Time Exchange: If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If the product you received is defective or damaged, we want to fix that as quickly as possible. Contact our customer service team via the the RMA Request link on your dashboard within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly arrange for a replacement.
Common issues eligible for replacement:
- Misprints or production errors
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received
5. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refund credits:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Custom or personalized items with unique designs not available for general sale
- Items purchased from a final sale or clearance event
6. How to Request a Return, Refund Credit, or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund credit, or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Simply use the RMA Request link from within your dashboard to make your request.
- Provide your order number and details regarding the issue (e.g., wrong size, damaged item).
- For exchanges, follow the instructions for sending back your item. For returns, our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
- Refund credits will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be compensated by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases were we do credit return postage, we will only credit the cost of standard UPS/USPS Mail registered post. If you choose to use any enhanced return option, such as Special Delivery, this will be at your expense. Returns are sent at your risk.
